Shipping and Returns Policy:

We provide free shipping in the UAE.
International shipping will be applied at Checkout.

Delivery Timeframe:

For products the delivery time can range from same day to 1-3 business days depending on what time the order is placed throughout the day.

Worldwide destinations can vary depending on the location.  Deliveries can range from 5 to 10days considering that all services are running smoothly within delivery timelines.

Delivery and Shipping:

While we are committed to ensuring the delivery timelines stated in our  Order Confirmation and on our website, it is mandatory to comprehend that these timelines can be interrupted by services out of our control and cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.  This includes circumstances where you are unavailable to accept the delivery or if the delivery postponement is requested.

Our delivery operations are conducted daily, excluding UAE public holidays.  Ensuring proper accessibility for deliveries, especially on Friday's remains your responsibility.  Please take note that our courier will attempt to contact you up to three 3 times to schedule the delivery time slot.  After three (3) three unsuccessful delivery attempts your order will be cancelled.

International Shipping:

International Shipping will be calculated at checkout.  However, it is important to note that this excludes any government charges, clearance fees, customs duties, taxes or similar expenses, which are calculated based on your shipping destination.

We adhere strictly to UAE law and will not engage in any transactions or provide services to countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Order Process and Tracking:

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.  We will aim to deliver your orders directly to your doorstep.

Returns Policy:

For items that are in stock, returns are accepted within 14 days following the delivery date for UAE and International destinations.  Approval for a refund is subject to the inspection and receipt of the returned merchandise by Etta LLC-FZ.  The returned item must remain unworn, undamaged and equipped with its original tag.  It should also be sent back in the original packaging it was received in.  Please note that certain sale items are non refundable.
